This page identifies the trader behind deloadlife.com. It is published under Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce, Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), and Article 6(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Email is the fastest way to reach us and is enough for any purpose, including withdrawing from a contract or making a complaint. We answer on working days.

Activity

We design and sell recovery equipment directly to consumers online. We do not operate a marketplace and we do not sell on behalf of third parties.

Returns

We do not publish a return address, because it depends on where you are. Write to hello@deloadlife.com with your order number and we will reply with the correct address for your country. Your 14 days to send the item back start when we give you that address, not before.

Documents that govern your purchase

Our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of the contract. Where this page and those documents differ, those documents take precedence.

Your rights as a consumer

• Withdrawal. Fourteen days from delivery, no reason required. Applies across the European Union and the United Kingdom. We apply the same fourteen days everywhere else.
• Sealed goods. Each unit is delivered sealed inside its inner bag for hygiene reasons. Breaking that seal ends the right to withdraw for that unit, under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU. An intact seal means an intact right.
• Legal guarantee of conformity. If an item does not match its description or fails when it should not, you have a remedy against us: at least two years in the European Union, three years for consumers resident in Spain, six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, five in Scotland. This is separate from and additional to the right to withdraw.

Write to hello@deloadlife.com first. We are not bound by, and have not committed to, any accredited alternative dispute resolution body.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists, so there is no link to it here. Consumers resident in the European Union can contact their national European Consumer Centre for free help with a cross-border complaint. Consumers resident in Spain can also address the consumer authority of their autonomous community, or the Junta Arbitral de Consumo. Consumers in the United Kingdom can contact Citizens Advice.

Governing law

Spanish law governs these pages and any contract between us. This takes nothing away from you: as a consumer you keep every mandatory protection given by the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Intellectual property

The name DELOAD, the wordmark, the product design, the site design, the photography and the text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Copying them for commercial use is not permitted. Quoting or linking to us is fine.
