Two working heights
One edge sits at 11 cm, the other at 9 cm. Turn it over and the profile changes; you choose the edge that suits the night.
A gap, filled
Between the mattress and the back of your neck there is a gap. Flat pillow leaves it empty. The raised front edge is shaped to fill it.
Moulded memory foam
Dense enough to hold its shape through the night, soft enough to yield under the weight of a head. It returns to shape in seconds, not minutes.
A cover you can actually wash
The cover unzips and goes in the machine. A pillow you cannot clean is a pillow you replace.
Geometry
Five zones. One piece.
A flat pillow is one block. This is moulded into five areas. Each does a different job depending on how you lie down.
Measurements are nominal, taken from the moulded foam core. Foam is a soft material. Expect small variations between units.

Two heights in the same piece, 11 cm and 9 cm. Turning it over changes the profile. Try both. Most people settle on one within the first week.
Probably. A contoured geometry holds the head in a fixed position. After years on a flat block that takes a few nights to stop noticing. Give it a week.
Unzip the cover and machine wash it. Do not wash the foam core: it holds water and will not dry properly. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry fully before use.
Memory foam holds more heat than down or feather. The cover is a breathable knit, which helps. If you sleep hot, this is worth knowing before you buy.
Foam softens over time. Expect two to three years of proper support under normal use. Replace it when it stops springing back.
