Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. This applies in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and we apply the same 14 days everywhere else so nobody is treated differently.

To withdraw, tell us before the 14 days are up. Write to hello@deloadlife.com and say you are withdrawing from the contract. No reason required. We acknowledge your notice in writing without delay.

Once you have told us, send the item back within 14 days.

Where to send it

Ask us first. Write to hello@deloadlife.com with your order number and we reply with the return address for your country, so the parcel is not refused.

Your 14 days to send the item back start from the moment we give you that address, not from the moment you told us. If we are slow, you lose nothing.

The hygiene seal

Every unit is delivered sealed inside its inner bag. If that seal is broken, the right to withdraw no longer applies to that unit. This follows Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which covers sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

If the seal is intact, your right is intact. Opening the outer box does not affect it.

Who pays for the return

You pay the cost of sending it back, unless it arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. In that case we pay.

Your refund

We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost of the original order, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of receiving proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

We refund to the same payment method you used. No fee.

Value reduction

You may examine the item as you would in a shop. If you handle it beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and that reduces its value, we may deduct the loss from your refund. We explain any deduction in writing before we make it.

Damaged, faulty or not as described

Separate from the 14 days above, and it lasts far longer.

If an item does not match its description, or fails when it should not, you have a legal guarantee of conformity against us: at least two years across the European Union, three years for consumers resident in Spain, six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, five years in Scotland.

Write to hello@deloadlife.com with your order number and a photograph. We pay the return cost in these cases.
