Who controls your data

We are the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and, for customers in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR.
What we collect, and why

What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles from your health, your sleep or anything you tell us in an email.
Who processes it for us
- Shopify — the shop, checkout and order records
- Our payment provider — takes the payment. Card details go to them, not to us
- Our carrier — receives the name and delivery address needed to deliver the parcel
- Our email provider — sends order confirmations and, if you subscribed, marketing
Each is bound by a processing agreement under Article 28. Some are outside the European Economic Area; those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: six years, because Spanish tax and commercial law requires it. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it. Support emails: three years. Analytics: 14 months at most.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or send it to someone else in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

If we get it wrong
Tell us first. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Spain, the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos; in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office; elsewhere in the EU, your national authority.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. Our payment provider may run automated fraud checks on a transaction; if one blocks your order, write to us and a person will look at it.
Children
This shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we update this page. If the change is significant and you are on our list, we email you.
