Who you are contracting with

The contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists when we send you an order confirmation by email, not when you click Pay.

If we cannot fulfil an order we tell you and refund in full. That includes obvious pricing errors: if a price is clearly wrong, we are not obliged to sell at it, and we will contact you before doing anything.

Prices

Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT for the European Union and the United Kingdom. Delivery is free.

Where a price appears struck through next to a pack, that struck-through figure is what the units cost bought separately. It is not a previous price of that pack.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Your right to change your mind

Fourteen days from delivery, no reason required, subject to the hygiene seal. Full detail in the Refund Policy and the Right of Withdrawal.

Legal guarantee

If an item does not match its description or fails when it should not, you have a remedy against us: at least two years across the European Union, three years for consumers resident in Spain, six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, five years in Scotland. Nothing on this site limits that.

What the product is, and what it is not

DELOAD 01 is recovery equipment: a contoured pillow with a defined geometry. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and we make no claim that it does.

If you have a diagnosed neck or spine condition, or you are recovering from an injury, ask the person treating you before changing what you sleep on.

Measurements

Dimensions and weights are nominal, taken from the moulded foam core. Foam is a soft material and units vary slightly. Screens vary too, so the colour you see may differ a little from the colour that arrives.

Acceptable use of this site

Do not scrape it, copy it commercially, or try to break it. The name DELOAD, the wordmark, the product design, the photography and the text belong to us or are used with permission. Quoting and linking are fine.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to hello@deloadlife.com. We are not bound by, and have not committed to, any accredited alternative dispute resolution body. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, so there is no link to it. Consumers in the European Union can contact their national European Consumer Centre; consumers in Spain, the consumer authority of their autonomous community or the Junta Arbitral de Consumo; consumers in the United Kingdom, Citizens Advice.

Governing law

Spanish law. As a consumer you keep every mandatory protection of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
