Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract. No reason required. This applies across the European Union and the United Kingdom, and we apply the same 14 days everywhere else.

How to withdraw

Send an unambiguous statement to hello@deloadlife.com before the 14 days are up. An email saying you are withdrawing is enough. You may use the form below, but you are not obliged to.

We will acknowledge your notice in writing without delay, and reply with the return address for your country. Your 14 days to send the item back start from the moment we give you that address.

The hygiene seal

Every unit is delivered sealed inside its inner bag. If that seal is broken, the right to withdraw no longer applies to that unit, under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If the seal is intact, your right is intact. Opening the outer box does not affect it.

What happens next

We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost of the original order, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of receiving proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. We refund to the same payment method you used, with no fee.
