Shipping Policy

Cost

Free. Every order, every country we ship to. There is no minimum and no upgrade to buy.

Time

5–8 working days from dispatch, tracked. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment clearing.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, strikes and weather are outside our control. Under Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU we must deliver within 30 days at the latest unless we agreed otherwise with you. If we cannot, you can give us an additional period, and if we miss that too you can cancel and get a full refund.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves. If it has not arrived and the tracking has not moved for five working days, write to hello@deloadlife.com with your order number and we will chase it.

Where we ship

Worldwide, with the exceptions imposed by carriers and sanctions law. If checkout will not accept your address, we cannot ship there.

Duties and taxes

Prices shown at checkout include VAT for the European Union and the United Kingdom.

For destinations outside the EU and the UK, import duties and local taxes may be charged on arrival by your customs authority. Those are set by your country, not by us, and they are your responsibility. We cannot calculate them in advance and we cannot refund them.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the parcel and the item before you do anything else, then write to hello@deloadlife.com with your order number. We replace or refund. You do not pay the return cost.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or someone you nominate, physically takes possession of the goods. Until then it is ours.

Wrong address

Check the address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we refund the goods and re-ship at your cost, or refund in full minus the carrier's return charge. Tell us quickly and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
